Not unless it's appropriate for you. We focus on structure first and wholesome meals so you don't need to count calories every meal.
Do I need to be experienced with lifting?

Is this online or in-person?
Programs can be online, in-person, or hybrid. In-person depends on your location, but I'm available online for 1-on-1 client sessions from anywhere.
